About Sectira

We built Sectira because our analytics never told us what to fix.

It started with a simple frustration: a website that was getting more visitors every month, and a sign-up count that barely moved.

Where it started

We were running a website of our own and doing everything we were supposed to do. We wrote content, shared it, worked on search and watched traffic climb month after month. Sign-ups did not follow. The traffic line went up and to the right, and the line that paid the bills stayed flat.

So we opened our analytics, expecting an answer. We found page views, sessions, bounce rates and average time on page. All of it accurate, and none of it useful for the question we actually had: what on this page is working, and what is not?

The hours we lost

We tried the usual next step. We installed a recording tool and started watching visits, one after another, at double speed, late into the evening. Someone scrolls, pauses, scrolls again and leaves. Someone else reads the top of the page and is gone. After a week of this we had plenty of impressions and no conclusions.

We tried heatmaps, which turned the page into a wash of colour that everyone in the room read differently. And when the numbers could not settle an argument, we did what most teams do. We redesigned. The new layout was based on what looked better to us and on something one of us had read in a blog post. Sometimes things improved, sometimes they got worse, and either way we rarely knew why.

The idea

The turning point was a small observation. Nobody experiences a web page as one thing. People read the headline, glance at the features, look for proof that it works, check the price and decide. A page is a stack of sections, and each one is doing a job. Some sections draw people in and make them more likely to act. Others quietly lose them.

Page-level analytics averages all of that away. If you could measure each section on its own, and connect it to whether the people who read it went on to sign up or buy, you would not need to guess. You could see that your testimonials sit too far down for most people to reach, or that your pricing table gets a glance on a phone and a careful read on a laptop. You could fix the thing that was actually broken.

What we built

Sectira is that tool. It finds the sections on every page of your website, measures how far people read and what they click, and ties each section to conversions and revenue. Then it does the part we always wished our analytics would do: it tells you, in plain language, what to fix next, with the most important change first.

We wanted it to take minutes to set up, not a sprint of developer time, so for most websites Sectira sets itself up once you add your domain. We wanted anyone on a team to be able to read it, so every finding comes with the numbers behind it and a sentence that explains what it means.

Privacy is not a setting

From the beginning we decided that understanding a website should not mean tracking the people who visit it. Visitors come to read your page, not to be profiled. So Sectira sets no cookies by default, counts visitors anonymously, never stores IP addresses and respects Global Privacy Control. There is no screen recording, and nothing a visitor types is ever captured. For most websites, that means no cookie banner is needed for Sectira at all.

We think that is better for visitors, and it turns out to be better for you too. You see all of your traffic, not just the share that clicked accept.

Who it is for

We built Sectira for people like us: small teams who care a great deal about their website but do not have an analyst on staff or an enterprise budget. Founders who write their own landing pages. Marketers asked to grow sign-ups without a research team. People running online stores who want to know which parts of a product page sell. Agencies who need to show clients clear results. SaaS teams who want their marketing site to pull its weight.

If you have ever looked at a dashboard full of numbers and still not known what to change, Sectira is for you.

What we believe

Four things we will not compromise on.

  • Clarity over dashboards

A short list of what to fix is worth more than a hundred charts. We would rather tell you one useful thing than show you everything.

  • Privacy by default

Good analytics does not need to follow people around. We collect what is needed to answer your questions, and nothing more.

  • Honest pricing

Published prices, a free trial with no card, and no surprises when the invoice arrives.

  • Setup in minutes

If a tool takes a week to install, most small teams never get to use it. Sectira should be working the same day you sign up.

Where we are going

We are just getting started.

These are next on our list and marked as coming soon on the pricing page. We will ship each one when it is ready to be relied on.

  1. Revenue that stays accurate

Revenue that updates when orders are refunded, for Stripe, Paddle and Shopify.

  2. Suggested fixes, written for you

AI-written suggestions for sections that are holding a page back, based on your own numbers.

  3. Test a section

Try a new version of a section against the current one and see which converts better.

Through all of it, the goal stays the same: to help you understand your website well enough to make it better, without having to become an analyst to do it.

Thank you for reading. If this sounds like the tool you have been looking for, try it on your own website. And if you would like to talk, write to us. A person reads every message.
