Billing FAQ

How does the free trial work?

Every new account gets 14 days of Pro with no card needed. You can add websites, invite teammates and use every Pro feature. The app shows how many trial days are left.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your reports pause until you choose Pro or Premium. Your websites, settings and the tracking data collected so far are kept, so everything is there again as soon as you subscribe. If you decide not to continue, you can delete your account from the account settings.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes, at any time from the billing page in the app. Changes go through Stripe's secure billing portal, which shows any price difference before you confirm. If you move to a smaller plan, your account needs to fit that plan's limits, such as the number of websites and teammates.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from the billing page and you will not be charged again. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How does yearly billing work?

You pay for twelve months up front at the lower monthly price: $180 a year for Pro and $468 a year for Premium. The plan renews each year unless you cancel.

Do you offer refunds?

Monthly plans are not refunded for partial months, but you can cancel at any time. Yearly plans can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase or renewal. The refund policy has the details.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments are handled by Stripe. You can pay with all major credit and debit cards, and with other methods Stripe offers in your country. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never touch Sectira's servers.

Where do I find invoices and receipts?

A receipt is emailed to you for every payment. From the billing page in the app you can also open Stripe's billing portal to see and download past invoices and update your payment method.

What if my traffic grows past my plan?

The billing page shows your usage for the month. If you regularly go over your plan's page views, move up to the next plan. If you need more than Premium includes, get in touch.

Do you offer custom plans?

Yes. Enterprise has everything in Premium with custom page view, website and teammate limits, custom data history, and yearly invoicing with custom terms. Contact sales and we will put together a plan that fits.
