Reports
Read the Sections report
Last updated: October 23, 2026
What reach, read time, engagement and reader conversion mean for each section of a page.
What the report shows
The Sections report breaks each page into its sections, such as the hero, pricing or testimonials, and shows how visitors read each one. Pick a page to see its sections in order.
The numbers
- Reach: the share of page views where the section was on screen.
- Average read time: how long the section stayed on screen, on average.
- Engaged: visitors who stayed on the section for 3 seconds or more.
- Readers convert: the conversion rate of visitors who read the section, next to visitors who didn't.
- Readers spend: the revenue from visitors who read the section.
Association, not causation
If readers of a section convert more, the section is linked with conversions, but it may not be the cause. Visitors who were already keen may read more. Use the numbers to decide what to test, then compare before and after.
Name your sections
Sectira finds the sections of your pages on its own. To choose them yourself, add data-section to an element, and data-section-name to give it a readable name:
<section data-section data-section-name="Pricing">...</section>Still stuck?
